Her aim is to nurture a positive mindset and a deep sense of self-acceptance, ensuring that her clients can transform their bodies while feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin. With a degree in fitness training and human performance, she holds certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer. She also completed her certification as a life coach through the JSCS.
