They highlighted the joy of being authentic without apology, the ability to confidently say "no," and the deep self-acceptance that emerges in this stage of life.  Several guests emphasized feeling more beautiful and empowered than ever before, while others celebrated the slower pace and intentional choices they"re now making. Perhaps most powerfully, many guests shared that they"ve never felt better - they"re finally comfortable in their own skin, enjoying richer relationships, and trusting their intuition in ways they couldn"t in their younger years.
