Nature loves biodiversity, and culture thrives with cultural diversity. I encourage listeners to consider an abundance mindset more and a cutthroat scarcity mindset less. Migrants and immigrants bring talents, skills, ideas and energy into the community. These are positive attributes that strengthen the collective.
