Make Your Life Delicious: Author, Chef and TV Personality Daphne Oz
Daphne Oz spent her formative years cooking by her grandmother’s side, soaking up recipes, techniques and family gatherings around the kitchen. It made sense, then, that her first book, written while she was still in college, was about healthy eating. While that paved the way for her to join the culinary-centered talk show, The Chew, Daphne still didn’t have any formal training, a fact she remedied by attending culinary school despite an already-successful stint on a cooking show. Daphne continues to stir her entrepreneurial spirit as co-host of the Mom Brain Podcast. As a business owner and mother of four, it may seem as though she is doing the impossible. The key, she says, is learning to ask for help where you need it and to show up as your most authentic self, no matter what others have to say about it! Thanks for listening!
