Empowering, Fun & Efficient: Megan Roup of Sculpt Society
You’ll never see “before and after” photos on the The Sculpt Society’s website or Instagram, and that’s a very intentional choice by founder, Megan Roup. A dance-based subscription fitness app, Megan knew from the start that she wanted workouts to be simple, fun and effective, but also rooted in body positivity. Launched not long before the pandemic began, and quoted by Rebecca as “getting her through the worst of Covid,” Megan also uses her platform with the intention of helping people to feel less alone. She believes that even 10 minutes of fitness each day can help people feel better in body and mind, create connections and help to heal the inner critic. Thanks for listening!
