Steve Harbaugh, John DiLullo, Joseph Riggio and Henrik Wenøe | Office Hours: The Human Experience
Steve Harbaugh Steve is a visionary real estate developer and founder of Baymahni, a mission-driven luxury resort and residential community on Stocking Island in Exuma, Bahamas. With over a decade of experience, he has developed more than 180 custom homes in Stone Harbor, New Jersey, and several commercial flex-space storage facilities. His latest project, Baymahni Resort, is a blend of sustainable luxury and community-focused tourism, featuring a fully renovated resort with modern amenities, 13 two-bedroom ocean view villas, and around 30 estate homes across 40 acres of beachfront property. In addition to his development work, Steve is deeply committed to philanthropy. He founded George’s House, a nonprofit that provides transitional housing for underprivileged families and runs one of the largest Christmas toy drives in the Northeast. John DiLullo John DiLullo is the Chief Executive Officer of Deepwatch and a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience, including more than 15 years in networking and cybersecurity. He is known for driving growth and transformation in the companies he leads. Before joining Deepwatch, John served as CEO of LiveVox, where he successfully led the NASDAQ-traded company through a major growth and profitability transformation, culminating in its acquisition by NICE Systems. He also previously led Lastline Security, an AI-driven network threat detection company that was acquired by VMware in 2020. His career includes senior executive roles at Forcepoint, HP/Aruba Networks, Cisco Systems, and SonicWall. Joseph Riggio and Henrik Wenøe Joseph Riggio, a cognitive scientist and behavioral modeler, developed The Satisfaction Cycle in the early 1990s to align influence, sales, and leadership with how people naturally think and decide—driven by desire rather than pressure. He is also the creator of transformational tools like Soma-Semantic Modeling and The MythoGenic Self Process, focusing on ethical influence and lasting motivation. Henrik Wenøe, CEO of Acuity World, is a global expert in ethical, performance-driven sales training with over 30 years of experience. Since 2000, he has collaborated with Riggio to bring the Satisfaction Cycle into practical use through training programs like the Personal Leadership and Personal Selling Programs, empowering professionals to lead with trust, values, and customer-centered outcomes.
