Today BKW Farms, in Marana, Arizona employs organic farming methods and they grow a Heritage variety of wheat. BKW Farms is a supplier of grains to Arizona breweries, different types of wheat to Arizona bakeries and locally grown mushrooms. In a state where water supply is a day-to-day issue, Brian has learned how to manage this precious resource with a goal of sustainability.
