Brian Wong is the owner of a third-generation family farm first established in 1939. Brian in the second youngest of 40 grand children and was willing to stay around to do the hard work and preserve the family legacy. Today BKW Farms, in Marana, Arizona employs organic farming methods and they grow a Heritage variety of wheat. BKW Farms is a supplier of grains to Arizona breweries, different types of wheat to Arizona bakeries and locally grown mushrooms. In a state where water supply is a day-to-day issue, Brian has learned how to manage this precious resource with a goal of sustainability.
