Eleven time Bowman Gray Stadium Champion, Burt Myers comes from a long line of racers. His Grandfather and and Uncle, Billy and Bobby Myers were pioneers of NASCAR racing in the 40’s and 50’s. In the 70’s, his father, Gary raced in NASCAR’s Cup series, then known as Grand National. Now Burt is paving his own way into the history books with almost thirty track and touring series championships combined. He stopped by the show to talk to Derek about the early days in racing, what it takes to compete at Bowman Gray Stadium and grooming the next generation of Myers. All this and more on this episode of The Derek Pernesiglio Show.
