The third time is certainly the charm as Rich Douek returns to CBY's Crytpid Creator Corner to chat about Heartpiercer from Dark Horse Comics. Rich has teamed with artist Gavin Smith for this dark, fantasy story about Atala, a warrior who thought she was saving the World but ultimately doomed it. Issue #1 hits your LCS May 15th. Rich and I chat about the origins of this story, working with Gavin Smith, mixing fantasy and horror, and what he learned working on the Road-Sea-Breath trilogy.
