She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, holds an MPA from Western University, and has been featured in Elle, Conde Nast Traveller, Psychologies Magazine, the Telegraph, and the Guardian. She is an Adjunct Faculty at the Modern Elder Academy and a regular contributor to several international blogs on personal leadership, midlife and travel.
