
Project-Mode with Angela Miller Barton, Dayna Steele & Cynthia Kortman Westphal
On this episode of GoalChat, host Debra Eckerling talks about being in project-mode with some of her favorite multi-hyphenates: Angela Miller Barton, Dayna Steele, and Cynthia Kortman Westphal. Angela is a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and program Coordinator for Wellcoaches; Dayna is a Rock Radio Hall of Famer, author, entrepreneur, playwright, and advocate; and is a music director, chair for the Department of Musical Theatre at University of Michigan, and co-founder of Broadway Vocal Coach. Angela, Dayna, and Cynthia all share tips in Debra's new book, "52 Secrets for Goal-Setting and Goal-Getting" (Mango, January 28). During the conversation - which was on the backdrop of the LA fires, since that is where Debra lives - the trio shared their strategies, backstories, and philosophies, related to their projects.
