Pierce is a fierce competitor and he loves to push himself to the max of what is physically possible. As he started on his journey he wanted to run a half marathon, then a full marathon, 50 miles, 100 miles and recently 3-200+ mile races. When he is set on accomplishing something he does it, it is a non-decision. He also understands the value of surrounding yourself with great people. He wanted to learn and work with someone that was true to themselves and did things the right way. At a chance meeting of Steve Weatherford he was able to find that mentor.
