He got his start in the field by working with his father and grandfather to flip dilapidated homes and construct new ones from scratch. Later on, Justin transitioned to a career in design, where he worked as a furniture and lighting designer, design engineer, project manager for architectural projects, and director of Product Development for a home goods company. Throughout his career, Justin developed critical skills in contract negotiations, estimation, project management, vendor management, personnel management, and design. Despite his successful career in design, Justin continued to pursue his passion for real estate on the side.
