Jeff Rasley - A Pickleball Soap Opera: Love, Death, and Pickleball

Jeff's latest book, A Pickleball Soap Opera: Love, Death, and Pickleball, was just published. Despite its silly name, pickleball is the world’s fastest growing sport. The story is about an imagined international conspiracy that threatens the lives of the members of a pickleball group. While a mysterious murderer stalks the players, an aging athlete learns how to play the game and falls in love (with a woman and pickleball). Mixed into the story are the serious issues of coping with the loss of a loved one, finding meaning after retirement, domestic abuse, and how soldiers suffering from PTSD are treated.
