If you break up the word "manage" into syllables, it looks like this: man-age . Basically implying that a man needs to be man-aged or a woman needs to wom-an-aged. Do people really need this? or are most of these just created jobs in which subordinates are not valued and middle managed drones are flourishing? A candid discussion.
