This latest work re-examines the ideas that made him famous—sometimes expanding on them, sometimes rejecting them outright.  We delve into the *Broken Windows* theory, one of the concepts at the heart of *The Tipping Point*. It famously inspired crime-prevention policies in New York City, but also led to the controversial practice of stop-and-frisk.
