In this episode, Deanna Russo shares her LinkedIn knowledge by sharing her triangle strategy with our audience.  Her strategy worked for her and helped her grow on LinkedIn and now she works with her clients to pivot from "LinkedIn is an online resume" or "LinkedIn is a selling platform" to "LinkedIn is a BIG networking event, you have to build know, like and trust."  Deanna explains how the know, like and trust are connected to each piece of the Leverage Up triangle.  In order to successfully grow on the platform - increase impressions of your content and watch your profile views go up, Deanna says you have to get the foundational pieces, or the building blocks  - profile, engagement and content down first.   Deanna Russo started Leverage Up to pass on her knowledge of LinkedIn, after growing her network independently from 400 to 29,000 (and counting).  Her goal is to help others achieve all the benefits that she learned on her own.   She has a distinct LinkedIn strategy made up of 3 parts called her LinkedIn triangle.  It’s made up of profile, engagement and content.  There is a link between each part of that triangle and once you’re successful in one part, you need the other two parts for a good balance.   Deanna works with her 1 on 1 clients, corporate clients, and Leverage Up group members to maximize the benefits of LinkedIn in the fastest way possible, getting the fundamentals down before wasting time and money on all the extras LinkedIn offers.  She helps her clients brand themselves, boost visibility and have conversations that directly lead to business.
