He has taught leadership courses for NASA & Naval Surface Warfare Center and served as Peace Corps Volunteer, trainer & staff member in 2 Pacific Island countries. He has also authored or co-authored six books on leadership and just completed novel & screenplay (Finding Eden) that describes the challenges of migrants searching for a safe homeland.
