Who is LaShanda Loughridge?  LaShanda M. Loughridge - 42, is from Houston, Texas. Her family consists of her loving parents, her J’s, Julius - 21, Jayda - 20, Jalyce -19, and Jaxon -10, three siblings, one niece and one nephew. She unapologetically shares her testimony and advocates for mental health care, declaring to be a voice to speak to the life inside of us that we suppress, due to feelings of inadequacy, trauma, and life challenges. She promotes being whole consists of addressing all aspects of your inner self, physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental. Loughridge recently launched a podcast, a women’s support group, and has published books with great anticipation to help someone challenge themselves to live an abundant life by being wholesome to themselves first before they can be of any benefit to anyone else.
