Language and The Stories We Tell Ourselves About Ourselves - Communication Coach, Marcus Higgs
Marcus Higgs is a communication coach for business professionals who are parenting preteens. He helps parents effectively show up and connect with their 10- to 14-years-olds during these key formative years, allowing them to secure a relationship that lasts beyond a lifetime. Our conversation covers the importance of language, communication skills and the importance of authoring and owning the stories we tell ourselves and the stories we cultivate. Having grown up in a diverse home, he especially enjoys supporting families who communicate across generational and cultural divides. He’s also a published poet.
