Maverick Willett, a former army ranger veteran, is a proponent of tracking your nutrition for results. He focuses on helping women in their 30s and beyond to understand their nutrition, and make better decisions about their diet. Willett believes that understanding your macronutrients can help you to better understand your body’s needs, and make more informed decisions about the foods you are eating. He also believes that tracking your nutrition can help you to better manage your weight, and reach your goals.  However, tracking your nutrition is not the only factor that can help you to succeed. It is also important to heal old traumas that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. For example, many people have experienced trauma in their childhoods, such as parents fighting or feeling neglected. These traumas can lead to unhealthy eating habits, such as using food to numb feelings or to distract oneself. As an adult, these same unhealthy habits can resurface, even though they no longer serve the same purpose.  Living label free is a concept that encourages individuals to make changes in their lives that are not only beneficial to their physical health, but also to their mental and emotional wellbeing. It is a way of life that encourages individuals to make choices that are not based on what society or any external factors deem as “normal” or “acceptable”. Instead, individuals are encouraged to make choices that are based on what is best for them and their individual needs.
