Rewind episode: Kym Niles is a vivacious leader, magnetic mentor and a Fitness Expert as seen on City TV News, Cp24, CTV News, Breakfast Television and Women's Health Magazine to name a few. Kym takes a holistic approach that connects your mind and body resulting in a wholesome outcome. Kym's grassroots approach to personal training is attributed to 15 years+ of experience with a blended background in martial arts, certified Personal Trainer with CanFit Pro, FMS Level 1 and 2, Agatsu Kettlebell Level 1, Yoga Fit Level 1 and 2, Bosu Certified, Trigger Point Certified and Muscle Testing Level One. Fueled by her core values: integrity, respect, love and gratitude, Kym has made a name for herself in the Toronto non-profit and social sector as a inspirational speaker by acting on her philanthropic duty to start her non-profit organization: Selflove Youth Wellness and Empowerment. Her organization now serves high schools in marginalized communities across the GTA, equipping youth with substantial tools to discover their sense of self with an end goal of elevating both their mental and physical health. Kym has been recognized with several leadership awards and was most recently featured on Citytv's Breakfast Television after being selected as a "BT Hero" for her work with youth. Kym's motto is: Begin With The End In Mind. Words she embodies daily as the founder of Makeurmark.ca, a community of creatives, entrepreneurs and leaders working together to cultivate an online resource centre to supply marginalized young adults with the tools to build confidence and to make great change in their communities. One thing that is guaranteed: Kym will leave you better than she met you! Web: www.kymniles.com IG: @kymniles Twitter/X: @I_CanandIwill  FB: @kymniles1
