Sullivan case and how the current Supreme Court might be plotting to review this ruling. Samantha Barbas is the author of several books on media history and law, with a focus on journalism, privacy, libel, and the First Amendment. Her latest book is Actual Malice: Civil Rights and Freedom of the Press in New York Times v. Sullivan (2023). She is a Professor of Law at the University at Buffalo and has a Ph.D. in history from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Stanford Law School. She is the recipient of a National Endowment for the Humanities Public Scholar Award. Named as one of the "100 most connected men" by GQ magazine, Andrew Keen is amongst the world's best known broadcasters and commentators. In addition to presenting KEEN ON, he is the host of the long-running How To Fix Democracy show.
