Jay Conner Since 2003, Jay Conner has been buying and selling houses in a small market of 40,000 people, now averaging $82,000 per deal. He has rehabbed over 500 homes and been involved in more than $118 million in real estate transactions. Jay has fully automated his 7-figure income business, working fewer than 10 hours a week. His expertise in raising private money has made him a trusted consultant for over 2,000 real estate investors, especially after raising $2.15 million in private funds within 90 days during the 2009 financial crisis.
