JONATHAN FITZGORDON: HEALING BACK PAIN AND BODY RESTRICTIONS: EP. 200
JONATHAN FITZGORDON is the creator of the Rejuvenation Movement Method, which was born out of Jonathan‘s personal and professional experience with changing the body’s habitual movement patterns through self-awareness and repetition. The program’s philosophy rests on the rock-solid belief in our ability to change and evolve as we age. Jonathan learned this firsthand, after stubbornly suffering through three knee surgeries and repeatedly re-injuring himself, he decided to step back to take a good look at how the body works. Injury-free these many years later, he helps people deal with stubborn chronic pain issues, improve athletic performance, and learn how to age gracefully in a modern world where that is increasingly difficult. Jonathan has been teaching yoga since 1995, teaching since 2000, and training yoga teachers since 2005. He owned and operated the Yoga Center of Brooklyn from 2001-2009 and is the creator of the CoreWalking Program, Psoas Release Party!, and the Be Your Own Healer Program.
