Jimmy and Annie Etherington Jimmy Etherington’s journey from aspiring musician to successful entrepreneur was shaped by perseverance and key lessons. Luke Peters Luke Peters grew up in a large family with 12 siblings, where he learned the importance of hard work by helping at his parents' donut shop. Years later, he founded NewAir from his garage with no initial funding, designing and selling specialty appliances like wine coolers, beer fridges, and ice makers. Over the next 20 years, Luke grew the company into a $80M business, expanding into a 215,000 sq. ft. warehouse and building a global team with distribution on both coasts. He successfully sold the business to Private Equity in 2021. Now, through Apex CEO, Luke helps other founders unlock growth, plan successful exits, and tackle leadership challenges. His approach is grounded in real-world, no-nonsense strategies drawn from his own experiences. Stephanie Anderson Stephanie Anderson is an accomplished author and journalist, best known for her 2024 book From the Ground Up: The Women Revolutionizing Regenerative Agriculture (The New Press). Her writing has been featured in notable publications such as The Rumpus, TriQuarterly, and Terrain.org, and she is the recipient of the 2020 Margolis Award for social justice journalism. Stephanie is also a co-editor for the University of Nebraska Press's "Our Regenerative Future" book series. Her debut nonfiction book, One Size Fits None: A Farm Girl’s Search for the Promise of Regenerative Agriculture, earned a 2020 Nautilus Award and a 2019 Midwest Book Award.
