Jennifer Riggs is a certified Hypnotherapist, Mindset Coach, author, and speaker. She is also an Emotion Code practitioner and uses tools like Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, connecting to the inner child, and guided meditation to assist clients with releasing negative emotions. It was the combination of these modalities and the healing changes she witnessed in her clients and herself that led her to write the book Free from the Cage—A Guide to Take You From Overwhelmed to Peace. She seeks to help people reach their highest potential through emotional processing and creating new, better beliefs for themselves.
