Thanks to his engineering background, the now buyer’s agent increased his property portfolio within a decade by applying a simple, data-focused strategy. By following the numbers, Mossy said he invested in the booming markets before they became investor hubs, despite scepticism from others. He now owns two properties in Queensland, one in Western Australia and one in Adelaide, and is about to close the fifth one in Melbourne.
