Interview with Richard Blank-CEO Costa Ricas Call Center 4-2-25

Originally from Philadelphia, Richard Blank studied Spanish at a young age. While in college, he lived abroad in Spain and immersed himself in the language. Upon his return to the USA, he interned for Telemundo, and eventually made the bold step of relocating to Costa Rica at age 25 to help out a friend, working in a call center. There, he met his wife, and built his own call center from the ground up. He now oversees a company with bi-lingual telemarketers doing inbound and outbound calls, in addition to being a CEO, he is a mentor and a trainer to the many people who are a part of his team.
