When Gov. Mike Braun took office, he placed most of the state's agencies under cabinet-style secretaries. One of them is Secretary of Commerce David Adams. Adams oversees agencies including the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, the Department of Workforce Development and the Indiana Destination Development Corporation. We discussed the Braun administration's regional economic development strategy, plans for the LEAP District and recent changes to minority entrepreneurship programs.
