It is a Friday edition of Glenn Clark Radio, Stan ‘The Fan’ Charles will be filling in for Glenn this morning along with Griffin as Glenn flees west to Las Vegas, so the boys will be holding down the fort, we actually have an Orioles win to talk about as they avoid getting swept in Cleveland at the 11th hour, just as they did in Tampa over the weekend, they now head home for a 3-game set vs the Rockies, and we even saw Kyle Bradish step onto the mound for the first time in 2025 as well. Griffin will pick Stan’s brain about where he stands with the team now that they are clear sellers, who is getting dealt and when. We’ll enlist the help of BaltimoreBaseball.com’s Peter Schmuck at 10:20am to talk more O’s, the future of the team, what part of the young core we can still trust and some deadline talk of course, too. At 10:40am, we will switch gears to talk some Ravens Training Camp with the great Cordell Woodland of 105.7 The Fan, get his takeaways from the first couple days of Camp, who looks good, who isn’t, the kicking competition and plenty more. At 11am, we’ll dive back into the baseball with ESPN’s Tim Kurkjian, talk some MLB trade deadline, what the Orioles priorities need to be over the next 6 days until deadline day and get his thoughts on if this is a team that can compete in 2026 and what needs to happen at this trade deadline and in the Winter in order to get themselves back into contention. At 11:40am, we will head back out to the farm and check in with Orioles Double-A affiliate, the Chesapeake Baysox and OF Reed Trimble, who after a slow start to 2025 due to injury has gotten into a groove in the month of July. Plus, if time permits, Griffin will take Stan ‘The Fan’ around the world of baseball in ‘This Week In (the rest of) Baseball’...
