It’s critical to get out of our echo chambers, but if you look at the state of the US these days, sometimes I feel like I’m alone in that opinion. One of the things Jeremy"s long believed is that to be better a forecaster of what’s to come, you need to seek out divergent perspectives.  One of those perspectives Jeremy often disagrees with and yet still respects is Eli Lake. He’s a noted  former senior national security correspondent for The Daily Beast and Newsweek, former columnist for the Bloomberg View, and now the host of The Re-Education with Eli Lake. We wanted to speak to Eli given the US midterm elections, again, given that I know he feels pretty differently than me when it comes to politics, to hear a different take on where we’re heading. We also discuss Kanye, antisemitism, Israel, Elon Musk and the future of Twitter, and what geopolitical threats loom large over our future.
