#704 Senator Marco Rubio

Episode 704 - Senator Marco Rubio is a First Class Father and United States Senator from Florida.  Prior to serving as a US Senator, Marco Rubio served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives in District 111.  He was the Speaker of the House from 2006 to 2008 and was sworn in as Senator in 2011.  He sought the Republican nomination for President of the United States in 2016, winning presidential primaries in Minnesota, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. In this Episode, Senator Rubio shares his Fatherhood journey which includes four children.  He discusses some of the major issues affecting parents today.  He describes the importance of the role of the Father in the home and the crisis of Fatherlessness in the United States.  He talks about his son’s commitment to the University of Florida where he will play football.  He tells us about his upcoming book, Decades of Decadence.  I ask the Senator what he would do first if he were President of the United States right now.  He offers some great advice for new or soon-to-be dads and much more!
