And sometimes, it is the ball marked “your dream” or “your mission.” She shares how easy it is for our personal goals to become background noise and how that disconnect leads to feeling stuck, unfulfilled, and off course. But here is the truth, it does not mean you failed. It just means it is time to recalibrate. Kim challenges us to reflect. Are you actually revisiting your goals?
