With an MFA in acting and a background in New York theatre casting, she has built a strong reputation through films and series such as Ford v Ferrari, A Hidden Life, Barbarians, and Samia. She is an active member of the Casting Society of America, the International Casting Directors Network, and the European Film Academy, and has served on international juries, including the European Shooting Stars. Lorenzo Viti is her professional partner and a casting director whose credits include Ford v Ferrari, Barbarians, Iceman, and Samia.
