
Doug Wing is a highly accomplished executive with over 40 years of experience spanning manufacturing, operations, sales leadership, and executive management. As co-owner and Vice Chairman of Little Giant Ladder Systems, he was a key member of the senior management team that propelled the company to become the world’s third-largest ladder manufacturer, achieving annual sales revenues exceeding $200 million. During his 45-year tenure at Little Giant—much of it alongside family members—Doug played a pivotal role, most notably overseeing the cable and telecom industry segment, which contributed over $150 million in sales revenue during his final five years with the company before retiring in 2019. Since stepping back from Little Giant, Doug has remained active in business and philanthropy. In 2020, he co-founded Boar Investment Group, which focuses on multi-family real estate and property management. He is also a published author, releasing the Amazon bestsellers Giant Success and The Giver in 2022. Deeply committed to service, Doug serves on the board of directors for The Honoring Heroes Foundation, a charity supporting the families of fallen police officers. He is married to Hayde Baladjay, originally from the Philippines, and has served two missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Born in Schwaigern, Germany, Doug now resides in Phoenix, Arizona. His personal passions include riding motorcycles, golfing, reading, fitness, and collecting cars and motorcycles. With a remarkable career and a dedication to giving back, Doug Wing continues to make a lasting impact in both business and his community.
