Sarito Carroll is an author and former member of the Osho Rajneesh movement. Born in 1969, she was brought to India at age nine by her mother, who had become a disciple of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh (later known as Osho). What was intended as a brief visit turned into a permanent stay when her mother decided to join the ashram. At twelve, Sarito moved to Oregon, becoming one of the first settlers at Rajneeshpuram, a controversial commune built on the Big Muddy Ranch.      She details her journey through the movement, the trauma she endured, and her path to healing.
