Sometimes mind-control is not quite as simple as it looks. Brand new voice to the show Shannon is not that experienced with horror so we started off slow with - Dracula: Dead and Loving It (1995) It's the classic tale of Dracula with a slap-stick Mel Brooks twist. Dracula (Leslie Nielson) moves to England with the help of a hypnotized Renfield - there he finds his next victims. First there was Lucy, who became infatuated with the Count upon meeting, then there was Mina; a young and innocent woman who Dracula has marked to be his next meal. Now it's up to Harker and Van Helsing (Mel Brooks) to stop the evil vampire. A movie filled with laughs, absurdist humour and slap-stick energy. So careful not to give yourself a papercut, you can't take my coat but you may take my hat and laugh yourself silly as we turn the pages of the once classic - Dracula: Dead and Loving It (1995) Let us know what's your favourite type of comedy - cherrypophorror@gmail.com / @cherrypophorror Hosted on Acast.
