Ms Phillips specializes in treating addiction disorders, anxiety, and eating disorders. She has a particular interest in treating young people with eating disorders.   During this 20-minute program, we discuss anorexia, bulimia, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFIT), body dysmorphic disorders, and more. One of Ilona"s treatment approaches is dialectical behavior therapy. She offers courses that teach parents how to help their child with an eating disorder.
