Don't Trash Dover and the City of Dover are sponsoring "Power of an Hour," a one-hour volunteer litter collection event organized by ward on Saturday, April 27, from 9:30-10:30 a.m.   Residents are encouraged to arrive at their ward's designated meeting location by 9:15 a.m. wearing a safety vest or bright clothing, gloves and closed-toe shoes. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Bags will be provided.   For one hour, volunteers will pick up litter in their ward, being mindful of private property and safety. Deb Clough, organizer for Don't Trash Dover, joined Mike Pomp on Earth Day during the Morning Information Center to discuss Dover's "Power of an Hour" citywide cleanup
