With milder temperatures in the final days of February, much of the recent snow and ice has melted away. But this winter has proved to be exceptional as Chief Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek and Meteorologist Erich Ahlf look at where this season now ranks all-time for snowfall in Salisbury. Even with a few weeks to go before astronomical spring, an increasing sun angle is already making snow and ice events easier to recover from.
