I share a personal story about a decision I kept going back and forth on—one that made me realize just how important it is to recognize and trust my intuition. When we learn to listen to those inner nudges, we can make choices that feel more aligned and ultimately lead to better outcomes. I also talk about how moments of reflection—especially during everyday activities like driving—help me process my thoughts and get to the root of what’s really going on.
