In the final full week of winter, temperatures will be a bit more spring-like. And as we get closer to the new season, sea breezes and marine layers will become more influential on our weather. Chief Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek and Meteorologist Jake Grant talk about how the cold ocean water will impact our weather this week.
