E 93: 2023 Reflections, Easing into a New Year & What's In/Out this Year

What a bloody doozy end to the year, I know for shizzle I was not alone in saying catch ya later to 2023! It ended with some heavy energy for so many 😓 I really felt downtrodden and exhausted, but there was some goodness in it too.
