Dorothy "Louise" Beasley Dorothy "Louise" Beasley is the author of Voices from the Prairies: Extraordinary Stories of Ordinary Ranch Women, published in June 2024. Although her personal story isn’t the focus, the book shares insights she's gained over a lifetime to help other women overcome self-doubt and negative thinking. After waiting 30 years to write the book due to her own inner fears, Dorothy finally did it—with the help of a coach—and published it at the age of 69. Her goal now is to inspire and coach others to rise above their fears and pursue their dreams, regardless of age or circumstance. Now semi-retired and a certified Life Mastery Consultant, she continues to empower women through speaking, coaching, and new projects like her upcoming Voices from the Prairies Cookbook and a comprehensive online canning course inspired by the stories of ranch women who preserved food for their families with skill and dedication. Noel Massie Noel Massie began his career at UPS in 1977 as a package handler while studying electrical engineering in college. Within months, he was promoted to a supervisory role, marking the start of a long and successful leadership journey. Over the years, he held numerous positions within the company, culminating in his appointment as President of U.S. Operations in 2016—a role he held until his retirement in 2019. Throughout his career, Noel led multiple regional business units and earned a reputation for strategic leadership and operational excellence. Today, Noel continues to make an impact through board service. He is a member of the Annenberg Foundation’s investment committee, helping guide its $1.7 billion endowment strategy. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles Urban League, where he has been Board Chairman for nine years, and is a Global Advisory member for Innovations for Learning, an organization focused on improving literacy and education worldwide. Bree Groff Bree Groff is a transformation expert, author, and Senior Advisor at the global consultancy SYPartners. With a strong background in organizational change, she has spent her career helping C-suite leaders at major companies like Microsoft, Google, Pfizer, Target, Calvin Klein, and Hilton navigate complex transitions. Prior to her current role, she was the CEO of NOBL, a consultancy focused on innovative workplace practices. She holds an MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
