After careers in the military, steel casting, telecom, and lending, Doug turned his problem-solving skills to adaptive tech, inspired by personal experiences with injury and caregiving. He now leads a team of veterans and over-50 professionals with a shared mission: to bring independence and dignity back to the kitchen.
