Congressman Frank Mrvan says redrawing Indiana's Congressional maps will only accelerate political extremism. Mrvan is one of two Democrats in Indiana's Congressional delegation. His district in northwest Indiana is almost certain to be redrawn if lawmakers approve new maps.
