Clare Norman Clare Norman, author of the book Cultivating Coachability (October 2024), is the founder of Clare Norman Coaching Associates. A globally recognized Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Clare is also a Master Mentor Coach, Certified Coach Supervisor, and holds a master’s degree in Training. With over 25 years of experience, Clare has been a trailblazer in leadership development, earning multiple awards for her innovative contributions. She specializes in enhancing individual, team, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a culture of care and empathy. Michael Thompson Michael Thompson is a career coach, lecturer at EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and strategic communication advisor to top business leaders worldwide. Growing up, his stutter and social anxiety kept him from pursuing his goals. By turning his supposed weaknesses into his greatest strengths, he developed a system of principles to help people express themselves more confidently and build meaningful relationships without sacrificing their nature. His work has appeared in numerous publications, including Fast Company, Insider, Forbes, INC, MSN, and Apple News. Becky Westwood Becky Westwood is an organizational psychologist with more than 17 years’ experience of training and coaching in a variety of industries across the UK, US and Europe. She’s a qualified trainer and coach and holds an MSC in psychology. Becky set up her own training and coaching consultancy in 2016 where she began to specialize in working with individuals with social anxiety, and in 2021 joined Monkey Puzzle Training, where she now works as an organizational psychologist, coach, trainer and chief experience officer.
