Children's Commissioner calls for urgent action on childcare abuse

In recent weeks there have been some very disturbing revelations about the treatment of children in childcare centres. The ABC has uncovered multiple incidences where children have been abused or mistreated including an educator laughing whilst being filmed repeatedly slapping a baby - prompting calls for urgent and systemic reform across the sector.
