Chantel Waterbury - Success Through Servant Leadership
Chantel Waterbury is a life-long entrepreneur whose drive and tenacity have enabled her to support herself since she was just 13 years old. She started with Cutco/Vector Marketing in the Summer of 1993 and became a College All-American sales rep. After graduating from Santa Clara University, she began a career in corporate fashion retail, rising to hold executive positions at some of the most recognized brands. In 2011, she launched Chloe + Isabel with the mission of creating a social retailing platform devoted to empowering the next generation of female entrepreneurs. Under her leadership, C+I experienced explosive growth and success, and Chantel was widely recognized for her leadership excellence. Now, she serves primarily as an advisor to help other businesses scale their operations. She lives on Long Island with her husband and 2 children.
